Eligibility

* Please read the following instructions carefully to receive the grant.

• 1. Presenting authors of ACCEPTED Abstracts
  (Acceptance Notification: February 11 (Wed), by e-mail)
• 2. Presenting authors who have completed the abstract submission on the website and applied.
  (Deadline for application submission: January 9 (Fri), 2026)
• 3. Presenting authors must participate in the congress IN-PERSON with registration payment made in full.
  (Deadline for presenter registration: February 20 (Fri))

Notices

• For any duplicate presentations, we will only pay one time in accordance with our policy.
• If you have already been invited as a speaker/session chair, grants won't be paid.
• If you reside in Korea, the same rules apply as for Korean participants. Please read the Domestic rules.
• The travel grant will ONLY be given to the presenter specified on the abstract and can only be paid ON-SITE. (No remittance)
• Candidates have to submit a valid form of ID, such as a passport or driver license and airplane ticket receipts.
