- Abstracts must be submitted online via the HBP Surgery Week 2027 website only.

- Maximum 250 words
- Abstract Title

- Presenting Author: Person who attends and presents
- Corresponding Author: Main contact for communication
- Co-authors: Up to 15 authors
- Names: Full first and family names (no degrees/titles)
- Affiliation: Department, Institution, Country
- Abstract Title

- Max. 200 characters
- Capitalize each word
- Avoid abbreviations or acronyms
- Abstract Body

- Background
- Methods

- Conclusions

- No tables, graphs, or images
- Must be grammatically correct and free of errors

- Authors may choose: Oral, Video, Poster, Poster Exhibition
- Note: Final decision rests with the Scientific Committee; oral slots are very limited
Withdrawal of Abstracts

If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by the pre-registration date, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.

If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please notify the HBP Surgery Week 2027 Secretariat in writing as soon as possible.
